Successful Candidates

1. 15 (Mr. Boralinga, Mr. Rajendra, Ms. Jyothi, Ms. Savitha, Ms. Sridevi, Ms. Sowmya, Ms. Ashwini, Ms. Asha, Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Maruthi, Mr. Narayan, Mr. Girish, Mr. Vijay Kumar Metri, Mr. Prakash, Ms. Renuka) trained youth have been selected for Gram Panchayath Plan Preparation and are placed at various districts for training.

2. 01 youth (Mr. Shanker), who was a Gram Panchayath member, got selected as the trainer for the Gram Panchayath members after completing the training.

3. 10 (Mr. Adinath, Ms. Savitha, Ms. Basamma, Mr. Soman Gaud, Mr. Prakash, Mr. Chandra, Mr. Manju Admel, Mr. Shivappa, Ms. Nagarathna, Ms. Shobha) youth have found employment in different NGOs after completion of the training course.

4. Two of the youths (Mr. Madhu and Mr. Bahubali) have formed a NGO with a team of like minded youths and is working for promotion of education, especially girl child education.

5. 21 youth were continuously being involved in different surveys conducted at the organization.
