- Master’s degree in one of the social sciences
- 1 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged
- Clear understanding of the research process acquired through both practical and academic experience.
- Demonstrated quantitative/qualitative analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)
- Handle assignments with minimum supervision
- Should be a team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

| Responsibilities |
- Design questionnaires and other tools to collect quantitative data.
- Undertake and oversee data collection using different research tools, editing of raw data, transferring the date to relevant statistical packages, generating tables
- Analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, preparation of chapters, presentation of the data to different groups
- Undertake literature reviews
- Prepare clearly written technical and analytical reports.
- To assess the organization in any other research related activities
- In addition, researcher is also responsible for training the field surveyors as per the requirement.
