 Responsibilities
  • Student Relations: Enable students in undergoing their courses fruitfully and guide them in their overall development in addition to their pursuing the academic interests. Promoting co-curricular, extra curricular, value education, cultural and such related activities.
  • Academic Syllabus management: Be responsible for overall management of syllabus / curriculum, provide relevant as well as case studies, theoretical understanding of the subjects assigned.
  • Conduct research related to a range of subjects in education and development
  • Mentor students and guide them through field experience
  • Enhance scholarly achievement through research publications and presentations
  • Participate as faculty in continuing education/professional development programs
  • Maintain strong links with and influence practice through SVYM’s work
  • Participate in scholarly activities, committees and community service
  • Placement and support initiatives: Be proactive in placement of postgraduate students with corporate, NGOs and public sectors.
