| Responsibilities |
- Module development for the need based and standardized training programmes.
- Training needs assessment and planning for the training programmes.
- Planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of the training programmes.
- Ensuring qualitative facilitation of training programmes by incorporating various training techniques and methodologies.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Ensure maintenance of files and records of training related activities with the Training Manager.
- Ensure preparation and submission of reports and documents of the implemented programmes to the press, donors and others.
- Co-ordination with the Training Manager in publicizing the content and courses of the institution.
- Co-ordination with the Training Management team in all logistical arrangements for the training programmes.
- Ensuring submission of reports and bills related to the programme through the Training Manager.
- Follow up after the training programmes with the trainees and the trainers in co-ordination with the Training Management team.
- Participate in the reviews and meetings with the Training Manager, Head - Institutional Programmes, DST and others.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Head and Other Management Authorities
