MNPM course is a unique Course compared to other courses. It helps us understand the society and oneself. During this course, I was exposed to more of field work where in I learnt methods of working with the community. This improved my confidence level and my leadership qualities.

MNPM gives a lot of opportunities to students. It teaches management skills and builds leadership qualities among the students. The course develops our knowledge and skills. I have learnt how to implement social development projects in the field, I am thankful to VILD.

MNPM is a unique Master Degree course which deals with the management aspect of developmental issues. My interpersonal and intellectual skills improved tremendously. I highly respect my teachers who show keen interest in developing personality of the students. MNPM is not just studying the syllabus topics but it is about touching all aspects of life and society. The institution is not a school but a family where all members support each other to grow and live their lives happily.

MNPM is a multidisciplinary course, where in students learn about social, economic and political development. The course also exposes the students to various social issues during field work. The students are encouraged to explore, introspect the situation of the society and work towards finding solutions.

This course also takes initiatives to teach English to the students through various activities like group discussion, debate, story telling etc.

MNPM has given me good knowledge about grassroot level management. It has given me practical exposure and knowledge about how to mobilise the people and how to manage the organization in a suitable manner. It has also taught me how to manage an organization.

I have acquired knowledge about NGO and Developmental sector. I have learnt various life skills, survival skills and communication skills. I now have the courage to face any challenge in life. I am sure that this course will give us a bright future.

I am very happy to have joined this course. I have learnt many things. Before joining this course, I did not know anything about NGOs. I now know how to work in an NGO and also with people. I have learnt how to deal with problems. This course creates leaders for the nation.

I am happy that I am part of MNPM course. I have learnt to tackle problems and to deal with difficult situations. I have learnt various interpersonal skills and technical skills. I am very much thankful to my parents and VILD for giving me this opportunity.
