Institution Based Programmes:

Institution based programmes are capacity enhancement programmes designed for various partners in development such as the NGOs, Corporate, Government and Youth. They aim at establishing a sustainable and unique platform for the enhanced knowledge and skills that ensure competence among development partners. The institution based programmes empower development partners through need based and standardised workshops and strive for replication of successful development models. In the process, we aim to build, sustain and strengthen the network of development partners.

One of the core activities of Institution Based Programmes is to develop the capacities of the “youth” to lead development activities at the grass root level.
