Eligibility
Individuals between the age of 18-30 (35 years in exceptional cases) years with a minimum qualification of 10 th Grade, who has motivation to development and want to spend part or whole of their life to nation building, are selected. Preference is given to individuals who have demonstrated the motivation to the cause - for example, have started small projects.
Selection Process
Applications are received from youth through advertisement in local newspapers, peer references, already existing youth groups in villages and towns and from youth on recommendations from the Corporate, who have adopted certain villages and towns as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility. Applications are then scrutinized. Short listed candidates are called for a written test and personal interview.
